Composition of PP and PE pipe production line: The pipe production line is composed of an electrical control system, an extruder, a die head, a shaping cooling system, a tractor, a planetary cutting device and a turning frame. Each pipe production line has two extruders, the main extruder uses a strong conveying bush and a high-efficiency screw, and the other smaller extruder is used to extrude the marking line.

Mould and auxiliary machine: The machine head adopts a basket head or a helical split type compound head, which has the characteristics of convenient adjustment and uniform discharge. The sizing sleeve adopts a unique slotting process and water ring cooling to ensure the forming accuracy of the pipe.

The production line adopts PE high-efficiency screw, slotted barrel, and is equipped with powerful water jacket cooling, which greatly improves the conveying capacity and ensures high-efficiency extrusion; high-torque vertical structure reduction box; DC drive motor. A composite die suitable for polyolefin processing, which not only ensures the stability of high-efficiency extrusion, but also achieves low stress and high pipe quality due to low melt temperature.

Adopt high-efficiency double-chamber vacuum sizing technology and spray cooling water tank to improve the yield of pipes and meet the needs of high-speed production.

The multi-track tractor is adopted, the tractive force output is uniform and stable, each track is driven by an independent AC servo motor, and the driving technology controlled by a digital controller realizes accurate speed adjustment to achieve a high degree of synchronization.
